Terms of Use

Effective September 15, 2026

These Terms govern use of biorelaycourier.com and the submission of quote and pickup requests to BioRelay Courier LLC. A separate written quote, dispatch confirmation, service agreement or account contract may contain additional terms. If a signed agreement conflicts with these website Terms, the signed agreement controls for that service.

1. Website use

You may use this website only for lawful business purposes. You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, misrepresent your identity or authority, or use the website to violate another person’s rights.

2. Website information is not a service guarantee

Website content is general information. It is not medical, legal, regulatory or packaging advice and does not guarantee that BioRelay can accept a particular shipment, route, deadline or handling requirement.

3. Quote requests

A quote request invites BioRelay to review proposed work. It is not an accepted order, guaranteed price or reservation of driver capacity. Pricing may depend on distance, urgency, vehicle needs, waiting time, item characteristics, special handling, after-hours service, tolls, parking, fuel and other operational factors.

4. Pickup requests and acceptance

Submitting a pickup request does not create a delivery contract. A route is accepted only when BioRelay sends a written confirmation identifying the accepted scope, pickup window, delivery target, price or pricing method, and relevant handling instructions.

5. 24/7 request intake

Requests may be submitted at any time. 24/7 request intake does not mean a vehicle or driver is immediately available. No dispatch occurs until BioRelay confirms safe driver availability and the route terms.

6. Customer responsibilities

The customer must provide accurate contact, pickup, delivery, timing and shipment information; have authority to tender the item; ensure lawful contents; prepare, package, seal, label and document the shipment as required unless a written agreement assigns a task to BioRelay; disclose non-patient handling requirements; and ensure authorized personnel are available at pickup and delivery.

7. Prohibited or restricted items

BioRelay may refuse any shipment that is illegal, unsafe, improperly packaged, inaccurately described, outside active capabilities, or not covered by required training, insurance, equipment or authorization. Hazardous materials, controlled substances, regulated specimens and temperature-sensitive materials are accepted only when BioRelay confirms the applicable requirements in writing.

8. Protected health information

Do not submit PHI through public website forms. Any relationship requiring BioRelay to create, receive, maintain or regularly access PHI must be evaluated separately and documented as required by applicable law and contract. When BioRelay acts as a Business Associate, the applicable BAA must be executed before service involving PHI begins.

9. Charges and adjustments

The customer is responsible for charges stated in the written confirmation or account agreement. Disclosed additional charges may apply for after-hours service, waiting time, additional stops, tolls or parking, incorrect addresses, route changes, returns, special handling, weight or size, fuel, or unsuccessful attempts caused by circumstances outside BioRelay’s control.

10. Cancellations

The Cancellation Policy is incorporated into these Terms. Send cancellation requests to info@biorelaycourier.com and, when time is critical, use the active dispatch contact shown in the written route confirmation.

11. Timing and delays

Pickup windows and delivery targets are estimates unless a written agreement expressly states otherwise. BioRelay is not responsible for delay caused by severe weather, road closure, collision, law-enforcement action, facility access, incorrect customer information, unsafe conditions, force majeure or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. Material known delays will be communicated when reasonably possible.

12. Delivery confirmation and claims

BioRelay may use signatures, names, timestamps, photographs that do not disclose protected information, electronic records or other agreed methods to document service. Loss, damage, delivery error or billing disputes must be reported promptly with supporting records. Any deadline or procedure in the written service confirmation or account agreement applies.

13. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website is provided “as is” and “as available,” and BioRelay disclaims implied warranties relating to the website. Liability for an accepted route is governed by the applicable written confirmation, declared-value provision, insurance-backed limit or signed account agreement. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

14. Intellectual property and third-party links

The BioRelay name, logo, website design, text and other original materials are owned by or licensed to BioRelay and may not be used commercially without written permission. BioRelay does not control third-party content, availability, security or privacy practices.

15. Privacy and governing law

Personal information is governed by the Privacy Policy. These Terms are governed by South Carolina law. Unless a signed agreement states otherwise, disputes relating to these website Terms will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Charleston County, South Carolina.

16. Changes and contact

BioRelay may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Questions may be sent to info@biorelaycourier.com.
